Willow,

If you want we can just recruit NYer's to the WETEO post on the main board. THis is where I have posted my daily intake for the past year (when I can get on).

or...
I can post tonight and the rest of the week here and see if there are any takers.  HMMMM....

Check out the WETEO thread tonight. Sometimes it is not posted until 8pm and sometimes sooner. Come on over. But I will post here tonight and see...

Thanks for joining in!

Sometimes doctors run support groups for their patients only, sometimes they are open to everyone regardless of who did their surgery.

Across the United States, in 2006, twice as many people died from lack of health insurance as died from homicide.

Oh Willow,
So nice to see someone coming on to join in NY!
Thanks a bunch!

That recipe sounds good too. I will have to give it a try!

I have had a sample of click but have never tried it because I am afraid of the caffiene in it. I usually don't drink a ton of caffiene. Did you get the shakes or anything?? I will have to give it a try. Maybe I will make it iced.

I think they have new flavors to! Check out:  meltingmamma.net   Click is one of her faves!

Thanks for coming over. It was nice chatting with ya!

Thanks for joinging in and helping us get on the boards!

I am going to schedule a PS consult soon. Since I am over 1 year out and have been at goal for 6-7 months. I am mainly looking for my thighs. They look like elephant knees!!  Melting wax kinda look. Not nice. In fact not sure what I am going to do in a bathing suit this year! Wear a sarrong still!

Hmmm...whole body lift? That sounds painful though. When I schedule my appt and get some answers I will post again.

Thanks for trying to get something started over here

Lisa,
I might just go sit outside myself since hubby is off to pick up a load of free firewood LOL

You speak of yard sales, love them myself and my happy hr on Fridays after work is stopping at the local thrift store. Love finding good stuff for cheap.

We did a nice bike ride this morning which was a nice start to the day, hoping to take the doggies for a walk later.

I have revisted a old fav for protein, it is:
1/4 cup part skin riccota cheese
1 packet splenda
2 tsp no sugar added Quick Choc milk powder (you can use a protein powder as well)
1 splash of vanilla extract
Chill it in the freezer and enjoy

It is so good! Also I just found out about CLICK a new protein/coffee drink, had a free sample and it was so good!!!

Have a great day!

I agree w/ Ruthie.  Dr Roslin did my surgery great Dr no problems after. I think I have my story on my profile, now mind u Dr Yatco didnt have anything to do w/ my surgery but I did see him on a visit before surgery. We were in the room for about 10 minutes, answered any question I had and didnt rush me out, where Dr Roslin isnt like that...
