Not sure what Jay Robb is but here is how I get that 'sweet' fix.
I use vanilla muscle milk light and mix it with a DaVinci sugar free syrups like chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter or roasted marshmallow.   N

NY friends,

What time of day do you folks usually log on??

I mean.....well I guess it doesn't matter....just come ....anytime.

I usually log on in the evening (early). THe weekends, depending on what is going on, anytime and every so often.

If there is a time that is better for you, let me know. Maybe we can get some discussions going.

I would like to do a question a day too.

So be on the lookout for the "BIG" question!!!!!!!

For now the question is::  What time of day would you like to see some action.......on the NY forum???

Solise,

You had posted about the Jay Robb protein and I am expecting my samples any time now!

Looking forward to trying the "cake" one. I need something to have sweet in the evening. I find myself shoving a cookie in my mouth at this time then going to bed! Yikes!

Thanks for coming over and check back often,

Hello neighbors!

Well, it's a good start.....a few of you headed this way (NY forum)

Thanks for coming over!

Congrats on all the weight loss!

Mikey, I know what you mean about not getting into weighing when we are "obese". I used to refuse the scale at the Dr.s office!       I felt I had the right!

Now I hop on and still can't believe it some days that I weigh what I do!

I love my RNY and I would do it again and again! Well, ope I won't need to.

Thanks fellow NY'er's for chiming in! Look for new posts daily.
