I did white water rafting about a month ago. It was an awesome expereince. I highly reccommend it.

Had a BBQ to go to yesterday. It was nice it was in New Jersey.

I ate some pasta/mac salad that didn't agree with me. I guess I should of stayed away from the carbs.

Did another spin class today, the instructor was intense. She asked how many beginners there were. This one lady said this was her first class, I said it was my second. She said (jokingly) that she doesn't teach beginner classes she only teaches psycho spin classes.

The class kicked my butt but I was able to make it through.

Hello NY friends,

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

It was beautiful yesterday and my hubby and I enjoyed a walking around at Hartford's town wide garage sale in the morning. I picked up some brand name clothes for $.50 and $1 and a few little things. Then I went to my mom's pool and enjoyed the sun with family. Later we went to TGIFridays for dinner and rented "Date Night". It was a real funny movie! Actually laughed out loud!

Today I thought it was going to be hot and sunny but......it is cool and cloudy so sipping coffee, reading the paper. Have a b-day cookout later today with family and friends so I hope the rain holds off!

What is everyone else doing???

I know how you feel. the waiting is the worst..I received my letter of approval first from my insurance company..then finally a call from the Doctors office with a date..it took about 3 weeks after letter of approval..insurance took about 5 days for approval..I hope this helps you a little...I wont tell you its going to be easy waiting because its not..and I am a person that has little to no patients...so if you need to talk I am here because as of yesterday I was in your shoes and I hate the wait...talk to you soon.

i am pretty sure i have completed all my pre steps. well from what i have been told. now i am waiting to hear from the Doctor or the ins company. not sure who i will hear from first. its frustrating not knowing what is going on and just waiting
