I am trying to find someone that has had the lapband by Dr Hill or Hixson.  I am going to a meeting next week and I am just looking for someone to share there experience with one of these Doctors and how the lapband has been for them.

I've never been to a concert there. Opportunity hasn't knocked on my door for that. I have a friend that found a spot near SPAC that she parks at and can hear the concerts for free. Have no clue where it is but she says it's great. I love walking the grounds. Have fun!!

You should get on the SPAC/Live Nation email mailing list.  I went to see Doobie Brothers/Chicago for 10$ and I'm seeing KISS tonight for $20, the 10$ tickets were a promotion thru live nation that I got in email.

Sara,

I haven't been in years! Used to go and sit on the lawn all the time when tix were cheap. I have friends that have been to a ton this summer but me just don't have the cash to go or the desire to stay up that late.

Have fun!!

Maryellen,

I hope you had a wonderful time in Italy! I bet it is just beautiful!

My son is going to college this fall too. Starting out at the SUNY just a few miles away then thinking about transferring. 9 hrs is far! Where is she heading??

High protein/low carb? Not really. Eating has been sporadic and unorganized. Add some carbs and sweets and you have  BAD eating. So far today I have had :

coffee w/flavored creamer, sugar cookie, 1/2 banana.
Sounds like I should have a protein shake to sort of balance it out then have a nice dinner tonight of steak and veggies.

I am always looking for some food/snack ideas especially low carb/high protein!

Lisa
