3 month diet plan with a nutritionist instead

ok so i applied for the surgery and got denied then i appealed and got denied again, my case manager said i needed to do a 6 month supervised diet plan with my pcp so i started a month ago then i call up today and his manager tells me thats not good enough i need to do a 3 month diet plan with a nutrionist so basically i wasnt that 1 month with my pcp....can it get any worse?

That SUCKS, but don't give up.keep doing what they ask and soon they will give you what you want..Keep ypu head up. Beth
