Happy Easter!!!!! and

Happy Easter To ALL!!! May all of you have a healthy and safe holiday. OK Here's my excitement for today. When I began this journey I was wearing a size 28 jeans that couldn't be zippered up all the way and were unbuttoned. WELL this morning I am wearing a size 20 yes I said size 20 jeans and they are zipped up all the way AND buttoned. I'M SOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!! I know it's been a while since I've posted but I do read the message boards everyday and I do gain from it daily. Thanks to ALL of you. Andrea

OMG Andrea how are you!!! I haven't seen you on. Awesome on the pants size. I have been wondering how you have been doing. I am down to a size 16 pants from a 22, and shirts I am in a Large in most styles, XL in some others, from a 26-28. How are you feeling? I am doing great, no problems, just had my 4 month appt with Dr. Cole everything looks good so far. Anyway hope you are well, glad to see you on here. Shannon Arnold 257/193/130???
