ok Happy Good Friday as well as TGIF...
Ok what I had yesterday:
B- Ka****LC protein Bar, 2 oz cottage cheese with 3 fresh strawberries.
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate.
S- 1 apple, pk PB cheese crackers (1/2 hr later
)
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
L- 3 oz grilled chicken, salad green with cucs, light dressing
S- 1 cup light popcorn
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
D- 1 can Wedding Soup (pouch was acking the before and after dinner, I think it is stress related!)

*Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 50oz water, 20 oz Sprite Zero, 10 ox crystal light
*Excercise: n/a

Good Morning,
Happy Easter!!!
I had yesterday:
B-1 banana
L-leftover broccoli cheese soup, popcorn chic salad
S-4 pb crackers
D-leftover taco meat on a few chips w/ cheese black olives
S-grapes
didn't get my water in, just a few sips, only had a little bit of coffee. I will work on it today. I think I am down a couple more pounds as of this morning.
I hope to get some kind of exercise in today.

What I ate yesterday:
B 6 oz lite peach yogurt, 1 Tbs cheese on a wheat cracker
Centrum, Viactive
L 1 c tuna salad with shredded lettuce, 4 baked lay chips and 2 crackers
Viactive, Centrum, Omega 3 capsule
S 1 Tbs Cashews.
D 2.5 oz chicken, 2 Tbs mashed potatos, 1 blk olive, 2 croutons, 2 small pieces of lettuce (Olive Garden), zip of wine
S 3/4 oz cheese, sf fudgesicle
All water, all vitamins, B12, fish oil, calcium

Hello everyone. I read this post everyday to get ideas on what I should be eating or just to get NEW ideas on what to eat. I still can't try meat until next week but thought maybe I would start adding my 2 cents incase someone else uses the post for help like I do.
B decaf coffee and 2 all natural crackers
s 2 pieces of sharp cheese
L 2 baby dill pickles/2 crackers/piece of cheese
s 1 strawberry
D 3 pieces of crab meat w/melted butter/1/2 cup of skim milk
