Debra, I'm still new at this, so please tell me......it seems like you eat so little. You must be dropping weight so fast! Are you hungry, though? I think I would be starving after eating just that.... BTW, I have my consultation next week and I'm so excited!

Michele, It has slowed down a lot right now, which happens after the honeymood stage is over. But we all know that and it just stinks when it finaly happens. I am more hungry now then I was a couple months ago, that is for sure but this is when you have to REALLY work your tool......it is just a tool hun, not the cure... I wish you all the best on your consult next week, i know you must be so excited. Let us know how it goes... Debra P

Debra, but it seems even "normal" sized women eat more than that, you know?

Michele, yes i do and it will come in time that we can eat a "normal" serving and some days i can do that now... I noticed that increase in what I can eat which is normal......we will never be able to eat what we used to but i think they said once you are out 1 1/2 years or so you can eat a 6-10 oz per meal We still have to watch the portion sizes of meals!
