Hello All ~hugs~ Dealing with some womens health issues and stressed right now but hoping for the best! Please say a prayer for me that all works out as it should. Ok what I had yesterday: B- AcheivOne protine drink, Ko****LC bar. 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate. S- String cheese, sm plum 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- 3 oz turkey burger, 6 slices of cucs S- 1 service Pringles ( stress eating for sure!) 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 3 oz steak and asparagus (sp?) 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate S- pk PB cheese crackers *Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 50 oz water, 20 oz Sprite Zero *Excercise: n/a OK you all have a great day! Hi Deb. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers for your health problem along with stress - both can be really hard on a woman. B - Carnation Instant Breakfast S - 1/2 Detour protein bar L - Chicken French, greens and beans, one stuffed mushroom S - 1/2 Detour protein bar D - 1/2 pork chop, mashed potatoes, chicken soup S - FF saltine crackers, sharp cheddar cheese Try to have a good day. Hi Debra, what a nice day today! What I ate yesterday: B 4 oz carb control yogurt, 1 tsp p'nut butter on wheat cracker Calcium, Centrum S 11 oz Carb control yogurt drink, calcium L 1/4 c tuna w lite mayo, 8 wheat thins, 2 Tbs cashews calcium, centrum S Sf twizzler, sf grape popsicle, B12 D Lean Cuisine chicken marsala (all chicken, 6 beans) S SF fudgesicle, 2 hours raking and yard work LindaM.

Hi Deb, Sorry to hear about your health issues, I will keep you in my prayers. Hope all comes out well. What I ate: B-sugar free yogurt smoothie S-pk of PB cheese crackers L-late salad w/ popcorn chicken and ranch dressing, will last about 3 days for lunch at work D-roast pork, potatoes, tiny bit of pasta salad S- sunflower seeds worked 12 hour day, no time for exercise At a stall again, but I know I am probably losing inches Shannon Arnold 257/195/130???
