stupid drinks!!

I'm thinking of them like baby formula - I hardly had to use it, but I remember those stains NEVER came out either. You can do EEET! [I farking hate the protien drinks, still wish I could do it for ya!]. xosm

Hey Girl, Protein Delight makes great tasting shakes. If you make them with skim milk or whole milk for you, they will be 200 & calories per drink. I love the pineapple vanilla. The Nectar fuzzy navel is pretty good, mixes instantly & can be made with juice. Trust me I'mvery picky! Have you tried theAtkins breakfast bars? the apple crisp is pretty good too. Hi Tavia: My two cents: get the stuff as coooold as you can (cuts out some of the flavor)....and drink with a straw (bypass some of your tastebuds). Have you discussed other types of drinks with your doc? You win the medal for most patient patient. I am so sorry you have to go through all this. Sending big hugs your way.... Amy

Hey Amy, Good idea with the straw. I have to buy some today. He wants me to drink supplements with at least 300 in a can. Gross. He wants me to get at least 1000 calories from supplements b/c I am not eating enough calories from food alone. Besides the rx drink, the only other one is one of the boost brand made to help people gain weight. The only problem with that is the second and third thing in it is sugar and corn syrup and there is no way I will even attempt to drink that. Oh well what can you do. thanks so so much. hugs.
