I have to admit I have been on a clothes buying binge for sometime now. I love buying all the pretty colors and styles I have NEVER in my life fit into before. Today I wanted to buy some pretty capris for the spring summer. I found even size 4 petites were a bit longer than they should be. I hate having to hem everything. I am 5 2 Well I went to the childrens department and found I fit perfectly in the capris there and they were half the price from the womens department! So I ended up getting 4 pair of adorable capris from the kids department! I can not believe this! I never believed I could get this small. As a kid I had to get "Chubby" clothing so this is a BIG Deal to me. I have never been thin and I am loving life like never before. Just wanted to share this WOW moment with you all HUGS Mary

WOW THE KIDS DPT!!!!!!!! Thats awsome Mary! I know what you mean about the shopping bug! The problem im having though is finding summer shirts with sleves to cover my bat wings. I like a shirt to at least come down to my elbows for that reason. CONGRATS on your WOW moment!

Kathy, I hear ya on the bat wings. I had mine clipped 1/25 along with some other plastics and I am thrilled. I don't give a damn about the scar! It is fading some already and I know it is going to continue to fade but if anyone has a problem with my scar TOUGH!!!! I like it better than the skin hanging LOL I did all of this for me and no one else :> Last year I still wore sleeveless bat wings and all. I have learned a lot about making myself happy through all of this and that is now my goal in life. HUGS Mary

Hi Mary, I am barely 5'3 myself so I know the feeling of clothes being too long. I am a big fan of the kid departments mostly due to lower prices. I have bought all of my new t-shirts in the girls department in old navy. I used to buy the XXS in old navy then I realized that I get pretty much the same shirts in the girls department for alot cheaper! Whopeee! NEVER in a MILLION years would I think I would be wearing such small clothes, it truly does blow my mind. Take care and feel good! Hugs Tavia

Hi Mary, I laughed at your shopping spree! I'm not that small yet but I did shop the kids shoes dept and bought a pair of sandals. My feet went from a 6.5 to a 5 /5.5 depending on style. My height is 5' 1/4 " LindaM 230/159/115
