Had 4 month post op visit today

Hi all, Just had my 4 month post op appt. today. Everything is good, and I can stop my protonics to see if I have any adverse problems without it. And I can start using the viactive cubes now, maybe now I can remember to take my calcium. The liquid I have, has to be refrigerated, and I can't take it back and forth to work everyday. One bad thing, my scales at home I thought were 3 pounds off but they are right on, so I have only lost 62 pounds, not 65 like I thought. But thats ok, I'll get that off real soon. I have been sick with this upper respiratory infection and today it hit my tummy, on the way to my appt. I had to take a detour to my aunt's house, or I would have been in a heap of trouble. But I do feel better now. I have been super busy at work some days and very scattered on others so I have to have day drag out for hours on end, wish I could scrunch them all together when it is like that. Oh well. I hope you all are having a great day. It's getting sunny here now, of course now I have to go to work 3-8 and miss it all. Ta Ta Shannon Arnold 257/195/130???

Hey Shannon, Wow, you are doing so super so far! Do not listen to your stupid scale, they lie all the time. hee-hee. Can you believe that is has been four months already? The time just flew right. Before you know it, it will be a year! I am sorry you havent been feeling well, I know the feeling. Remember to get those vitamins in and you will be just fine! Take care and keep it up! Hugs Tavia

Thanks girls! Hopefully these antibiotics work fast, I have coughed so much my throat feels like its ripping out in chunks, sorry for the visual. Also my brother and his wife are driving out from CA this weekend, and I don't need to get them sick. Anyway thanks for nice praises. I sure does feel good. Have a great day all. Shannon
