Sorry a little late start today, had to take the Jeep yet for the 4th time for a clanking noise and this time I told them I WANT a rental and I DO NOT want my Jeep bac****il it is fixed! OK so I have a 2006 Jeep as a rental and I am happy.
Now if they just can find and fix the problem I will be VERY excited.
Ok what I had yesterday:
B- 4 oz carb control milk with 28 grms Kashi GO Lean cereal
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate.
S- string cheese, 3 fresh strawberries, 3 pretzel Rods
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
L- 3 1/2 oz shrimp & cucs
S- 6 oz stallone pudding
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
D- 1 can chicken soup, reduced fat & half grilled cheese
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate
S- 1 oz Pretzels
*Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 33 oz water, 32 oz crystal light
*Excercise: n/a
Ok as you can see I was carbed out yesterday, I can just craving carbs right now (T.O.M.) and really need help to get back to the lower carb diet.....

Hi Deb.
Sorry to hear you're having vehicle trouble again - it's so aggravating.
I went to see the Lion King last night and have to say that if this was 10 1/2 months ago, I probably wouldn't have been able to fit into the seat. I was comfortable last night, except for leg room, but everyone around was complaining about the seat size. Another miracle moment!
Of course we all went out to dinner before the play so....
B- Carnation Instant Breakfast
S - 1/2 South Beach protein bar
L - 2 oz steak, broccoli
S - 1/2 South Beach protein bar
D - Italian wedding soup, salad, very few bites of ziti and braciole
S - Lite swiss cheese, ff saltine crackers
Those carbs keep finding me too - time to change my eating habits again - I need to get off this plateau. Any suggestions?

Oh hun that must have been great to go and see....
Yeah I know those seats are so small as it is but I know how it feels to be able to sit in one and NOT stress over it.
I just heard from the dealer and they found the problem or so they say...I told them to MAKE SURE the noise is gone before they give it back to me because I had enough of this so they are re-road testing it and they will call me back to make sure.
Hey I have the rental so I want to make sure it IS REALLY fixed this time.
Hun maybe someone else can offer a suggestion to break the carb hold, I would need to do it also....

Weather is nuts here in NYC today. What happened to SPRING.....
what did i eat
B scrambled egg with cheese half banana
S coffee with protein powder in it
L one slice of whole wheat toast with tiny bit of mayo, i slice of american and prevalone and a slice of turkey with romaine lettuce
S achieve one drink vanilla nut my favorite!
D chicken cutlet with corn on the cob and a lillte bit of mashed potatos
S handful of wheat thins/sf jello
Again not enough water, better then the day before but bad bad bad. So whos next what did you eat??

Yeah but the good new is they found the problem and I can keep the rental until tomorrow after work so it makes it easier on us.
They are keeping the truck overnight and retesting it tomorrow to make sure all is ok...
I think I scared them
when I said I DO NOT want it bac****il it is FIXED for sure this time!
Yeah it snowed like crazy up here and then the sun came out...

good afternoon,
lets see,
For breakfast- I had chicken with beans, a slice of cheese all rolled up in a wrap ( high fiber , low carb wrap)
for lunch - i will have egg whites with beans...
and i don't know why but i am craving pickles lol ( nope i am not prego) and i am craving beans ...
so i will have that with my lunch..
for dinner - i will have chicken again ( i don't mind eating things twice , i like it actually lol ) and a small salad
who knows what i will crave next week lol

B-6oz ff yogurt
L-6oz ff yogurt
s-60z ff yogurt
d-chicken thigh with grilled veggies
water, (never enought) and all my veggies.
I really need to go shopping. Its just easier for the yogurt right now.

Yes they did but we will see for sure tomorrow..
Yeah I have to shop over the weekend myself...
It takes a lot of time to always have fresh stuff in the house but so worth it..
