What food are high in Iron?

Hello All, Can anyone offer some food that are high in Iron? I know liver has a good amount but just the look of it unsets me I tried! Any info would be helpful.... Debra P

Aside from all the wonderful listings, I thought I'd add the following: Foods that are rich in iron, plus iron suppliments themselves are best absorbed when accompanied by foods that are rich in vitamin C, such as citrus fruits (orange, strawberries, etc). If you take iron (ferrous sulfate), make sure to take vitamin c with it, which makes it more bioavailable. Hugs, Amy
