Hello All ~hugs~ Ok what I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese with 3 fresh strawberries 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- string cheese, 1 sm plum 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- 2.5 oz tuna with light mayo, cucs and 3 wheatsworth crackers 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- 6 oz stallone pudding 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 3 oz ground chicken into a patty, grilled with veggies 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate *Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 50 oz water, 15 oz crystal light *Excercise: n/a OK that is it, you have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/172.5/125??

B-scrambled egg with cheese S-coffee with protein L-leftover chicken cutlet with swiss and 1/4 cucumber S-strawberries/coffee with protein D-1 meatball, 3 little buffalo wings baked in oven with 1/4 cucumber and a piece of mozeralla cheese S-popcorn/achieve one Not enough water im starting that again and have to make sure i get enough.i was a little on the hungry side yesturday.......prob bec i didnt have enough water. LisaMarie, Hello hun ~Hugs~ Once the house stuff slows down, which I am not sure when, I will be online more and I will be able to do more chatting. It was nice to see everyone there as well hun.. I am getting all my water in these last couple of days but WOW is it a struggle but I know how important is it. Some days I just do not feel like drinking but we must.
