Happy Monday All ~hugs~ Well another week under way. I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was busy with house stuff but more relaxing then the past since hubbys back is hurting we had to do light stuff and nothing to crazy. We still need to lay the hardwood in the living room, hall and office but that will come in time. We are all done with the appt and handed the keys back in on Friday night....YEAH The cable company gave us the run around this Sat and never showed to hook up cable for internet and TV so now we have to wait 2 more weeks but maybe by this Sat it will be done as we have spoken to a supervisor so we will see. (long story) We are on dial up but so limited for the next 2 weeks. OMG it is so slow... I got spoiled with cable I tell ya... Ok what I had yesterday: B- 8 oz carb control Choc Milk with I 1st got up then about 45 mins later I had 1 egg on 1 slice toast with pat of butter and SF grape jelly, 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- string cheese 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- 2.5 oz grilled chicken with greens, light dressing 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- a serving of some cheese combos 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 2 oz chopped clams (with butter and garlic) over 2 oz wheat angle hair pasta. 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- 1 cup popcorn At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate *Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 24 oz water, 20 oz Sprite Zero, 15 oz crystal light *Excercise: fixing and working around the house, cleaning the yard! Deb, I just the all in one package on Friday. It is much faster than dialup! what I ate: B Pineapple Vanilla protein shake 5 cracked wheat crackers & 3 oz Monterey Jack cheese L a few tortilla chips D beef stew think I ate too fast S 4 sf fudgicles Linda

Deb; It sounds like you still had a very full weekend. I bowled in a tournament this weekend. Lets just say, I should of stayed home for how well I bowled. But I had a good time with my friends. Yesterday, well......... B-Slice a toast with Peanut Butter and a piece of cheese. s-yogurt l-Strawberry shortcake (what a bad girl) the strawberries were fresh, ff/sf cake, and whipped cream(alittle) d-liver, green beans and a small spoon of mashed pototoes s-melon and pop corn Viti's all day. Karen, Yes it was but relaxing as well...weird... Well it was so nice outside we did a lot of yard stuff that was light work but got good exercise. hey you got exercise as well so it is all good. Debra P

Hi. Had a busy weekend too - just flew by. B - Eggbeaters with ham, couple bites of wheat bread toast, sliced banana and strawberries S - FF pretzels D - Very small amount of spaghetti, meatball and tiny piece of sausage Lots of water and decaf coffee. I'm plateauing right now - been at exactly 100 lbs lost for about 3 weeks now. Hopefully I'll see the scale move downwards soon. Have a great day. Cindee
