My picture!

Hi Ya! OH has posted my pic. As you all see. Well I just wanted you to know I DO NOT HAVE A BEARD! That is my Yorkie! (Gizmo) and I DO NOT HAVE FEATHERS COMING OUT OF MY EARS! That is my rainbow lory parrot (Monkey). In other news ... Today is 21 days not smoking . Its weird I really dont feel the need to smoke .My thinking has totally changed I cant believe I let that s*** run my life . For 21 years I let it determine my friends , my time , compromise my health and my families health . It slowed me down ,wasted my money . I could go on and on ! Its like finding out your man has cheated you. What I also cant stand is my dreams , last night in my dream i went to pump gas , go in to pay and bought a pack! This is the third time this dream has happened! I dont understand if my thinking has changed , then why am i having dreams like this ...They make me not trust myself! On the UP side ...My kitchen is being remodeled , The weather is great , all my appts for the pre-op testing are made and i plan on jumping back on the wagon now that i dont need to focus so much on the smoking . I plan on learning how to cook more, exercize more , and try to lose some pre-op weight . And do some Gardening YEA!!! Thank you for putting up with my venting.................Kitty

Kitty, Congratulations on the not smoking!!! It's one of the best things you can do for yourself.It sounds like your mind is in the right place to prepare for your surgery.Best of luck and that is what we do hereVent! Darlene

Kitty, I just had to say congrats on the not smoking! You should be so proud! I also had to add that I think your picture is just fine. About the dreams...don't they say that dreams sometimes mean the opposite? Good luck with the kitchen. I bet you're excited! I love when I fix things up. Well, I usually love the results, not the mess. I could do without the mess. I think that's great that you're trying to cook more, exercise more and trying to lose some pre-op weight! Kuddos to you! Congrats on not smoking!! Giving up smoking was one of the hardest things I ever did. You will find yourself thinking about it less and less. It took a couple of months for me to really feel like I was a non-smoker rather than a smoker that was trying to quit Keep it up...sounds like you've got it under control.

Kitty, That is just awesome hun and CONGRATS on the stop smoking thing. That is just great!!! you should be so proud of yourself, this is just the start of YOU taking control of YOUR life! Feels great right? It will only get better! Hey I would have not even noticed the doggie.. Just looks like your shirt and the bird looks like something on the back of the seat.
