I know exactly how you feel. Boy after what you see what I ate yesterday you probably did a whole lot better.
Sounding off is good to. I know, I did alot of that this week. You are my best listener.
Your life is alittle "Boxed" right now (forgive the pun with your move and all), so it is understandable that eating is not on the priority list for you, but I know once all is settled at your new home you will get right back on the band wagon.
Enjoy your weekend and don't stress to much about eating.

Hey Deb,
The GI doctor told me that Glycolax has to be taken everyday for it to work properly. Try doing that to see if it works better.
I do the Glycolax and Zelnorm everyday and so far so good. All Zelnorm does is make the large intestine squeeze out the poop, it isn't a bulking agent like the miralax. All I have to say is about 45 minutes after I swallow my zelnorm, watch out b/c here is comes!
I hate flax seed, all it does is make me bloated and nothing comes out. yuck.
I think the zelnorm is working wonders on my poopy curse. Yipeee.

WOW every day huh? I think that might make me have the runs then but I will give it a shot. I guess I still need to get some fiber some how, what about you? Do you do fiber?
The flax seed is so good for you and it did work for me but I can not stand the floating with it.....I guess I should just find some other source of fiber for now.
The benefiber was making me have to big a poop and it was hurting.
I KNOW TMI....
O well...life goes on....
