Medifast

Does everyone have to take Medifast prior to surgery. My doctor has not mentioned this to me @ all.

Hi Tamara, I think it just depends on the surgeon . Some have to lose so much weight before surgery and some don't . Some surgeon's put their patients on specific diet's and others allow their patient's to chose what diet they want to do to lose the required weight . If your Dr. has not mentioned it then more then likely he won't be putting you on it . Hope all goes well for you . Good Luck ! and , Carol
