OK I am so looking forward to this weekend.
I know I always plan on sleeping in but I am REALLY going to try this weekend.
We have much work to do to get back on track but it has been so hard with being back a work and just so damn tired at night to get all the things done.
Ok what I had yesterday:
B- 8 oz carb control milk (at work I had the Atkins protein bar)
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- string cheese, 12 green grapes
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
L- 2.5 oz grilled Chicken over greens with ranch dressing
1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- 6 oz stallone pudding with 2 tsp ground flax seed
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
D- Inside of a Subway chicken wrap
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
*Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 60 oz water, 24 oz Diet Coke
*Excercise: fixing and working around the house

Good Morning,
I'm back, got back Wednesday night but have been trying to catch up on sleep. My daughter is doing well. She had some complications with the post op meds and kept passing out, and they came to the conclusion that she cannot tolerate narcotics very well at all. Every time she stood up she would pass out cold. So now they have her on Darvocet and Ibuprofen. She had to stay one extra night to make sure she wasn't going to pass out any more. Her leg pain is completely gone and she isn't in too much pain in her back, mostly just soreness. Now we have to get a tutor for her schooling, I think the school provides one for free.
I want to thank all of you for your support. What an awesome extended family we have here.
Ok what I ate:
B- carb control yogurt smoothie
S- 1/2 protein bar
L- about 1 cup of homemade chicken soup from local pizzaria
D- 1/2 small turkey burger with cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp baby peas, 2 tbsp cajun rice mix
S- a couple handfuls of unsalted sunflower seeds
20 oz propel water w/ calcium, decaf coffee in the morning, one medium coffee while at work, need to work on getting the water in. I have not gotten any exercise in this week, except for walking around in the hospital and I did go up 4 flights of stairs in the parking garage, so I guess that counts for a little.

Hun I am glad to hear all is well now with her, I know that had to be scary dealing with the passing out! You have a great weekend and relax some.

You know it is one of those things that when you CAN sleep you don't want to and when you HAVE to get up you can sleep
plus my back starts to hurt when I am in bed to long.
but I will really try..

B: Beef Sticks
S: 2% Milk
L: Pork eggroll w/ sm. scoop of mac & cheese (from college cafeteria)
D: 6 bites of Applebee's House Sirloin Steak, 2 tbsp. of garlic mashed potatoes and side of broccoli (I have lots left over for today)
S: 2% Milk
VITAMINS: 2 Multivitamins, 2 Calcium Citrate w/ D, 1000 mg of vitamin C, 1500 mcg B12, B Complex
WATER: 64 oz of Fruit H20 and some diet soda
EXERCISE: Walking around campus all day
And shopping - my new favorite past-time...

B 3/4 oz cheese, 6 oz ff yogurt
S sf twizzler
L 1/4 c egg salad, 1 bite rye bread
D 1.5 bbq ribs, 1/4 c baked sweet potato with 1 Tbs butter & cinnamon
1 cucumber slice (took about 1 hour to eat everything)
S 1 slice swiss cheese, 1 c 2% milk
15 minute walk, all vitamins, calcium and liquids.
