OK the house is coming along and we should be able to move the living room (big stuff) in this weekend...
That will be all the stuff from the appt so that is good.
Up at 4:30am to get paint on the walls after priming them last night. Another layer tonight and we are set for the paint in the livingroom.
We still have the hall, kitchen and office to paint (Hardwood hall and office as well) but we can be totaly moved in and take our time to get the rest done.
Ok what I had yesterday:
B- Atkins Vanilla Protein Shake (low carb)
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- string cheese, 12 green grapes
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
L- 2 oz grilled Chicken and cauliflower
1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- 6 oz stallone pudding with 2 tsp ground flax seed
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
D- small amount of thin noodles with melted cheese, parm cheese, butter and garlic. (was not in the mood for much)
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
*Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 70 oz water, 12 oz Diet Coke
*Excercise: fixing and working around the house

yesterday I had:
b- 1 piece of cabot ff cheese
L- 3 spoons of mashed potatoes
d- 4 spoons of mashed potatoes
s- popcorn that was a
but I tried....
have a great day hun......I know getting a new home is alot of work and very tiering so when you are done don't forget to do something special for yourself......cause we tend to get lost in the shuffle....

Thanks hun and yes I should plan something nice this weekend but right now so much to do I would feel bad but hubby and I did take a short motorcycle run on Sunday to Home Depot.
It was a nice stress releiver....but COLD....brrrrrr

I still have trouble eating, so I stick mostly to soups....lentil, tomato, etc., mixed with cheese. I try to drink my water, and I eat some pretzels, etc.
I have a follow up with my surgeon today.......so I will see what he says. Have a great day. SH

I know how exciting getting a new house ready can be. We moved into our home 4 years ago and there are still so much things that need to be done. I keep telling my husband one project at a time. Good luck and yes, treat yourself to something special after you're all done.
As for food.
B - 1 egg, 1 slice of cheddar cheese and 1 breakfast sausage
L - 1/2 of wendy's chili w/ cheese and onion and a tiny salad from salad bar (it was only .77 cents so how big could it have been)
D - 4 oz of beef and chinese eggplant in garlic sauce
Vitamines:
1 biotin
2 calcium w/ vitamine D
1 prenatal
1 iron
Lots and Lots of water and diet snapple

The house sounds like it's coming along nicely with all of your and your DH's hard work. What a pleasure it will be to sit and relax in it once you are all moved in!

L 4 oz l1% cottage cheese, 3.4 oz cheddar on 3 melba toast

S SF twizzler, string cheese
D protein drink, sf popsicle, calcium citrate
all liquids and some exercise
