Christine - Christine - Christine - You don't know me but I read your post and couldn't help but relate. I am beginning the "process" ( haven't even had the surgery yet - not until June). I have had many surgeries including a friggin' mastectomy and luckily I sailed (well almost) through them. I can see that you are not a baby and able to accept almost anything that comes your way. But the pain (especially the gas. It's amazing what air can do trapped inside our bodies) can bring us to our knees (if we can get down that far!!). I just want you to know that I am thinking of you and want to wish you encouragement to go through it. Your husband sounds like mine and I hate it when they have to go through this because it hurts them to see their loved one go through pain and they feel so helpless. Thank you Mary Ann I know I will get through this it will just take time....I have had 4 surgery's with in this one year and sailed throught them myself.....but this one has me stumped......and yes the air rumbling around in there really can bring you to your knees I wish you the best in your journey to PS I do not have any regrets Mary Ann.....I am still happy I did it..... Christine, Lord do I know the pains of stupid surgery and never being able to get comfortable. Hang in there you will get there. Congrats on getting to onderland, yippee!! Feel good. Tavia
