Hi Tavia - I have been reading about your problem for awhile now and Im really sorry and dont think I would be as calm as you are right now..Hang in there I would recommend- as long as you are seeking second opinions- come in and see Dr Garber and Dr Holover- www.stopobesityforlife.com. Dr garber has been doing RNY for 10 yrs and specializes in minimum invasive procedures. He was trained by Dr ALan Wittgrove, who originated the surgery and performed Carnie Wilson's surgery..Dr Holover, is just as polished and was the Chief of surgery at University of Pittsburgh and taught surgeons how to become surgeons and taught advanced applications as well. You will not be sorry if you call them - just by coming in- you can have two opinions- it would not be a waste of your time. I wish you better heath and love as you proceed - Donna

Donna, I am quite aware who Dr. Garber is. Thank you though. He is one of the two I speak with who said they would be more than happy to meet to me. I am happy about this b/c he is literally around the corner from me and I dont have to go into the city like last time. I am so beyond tired of taking about me and my problems but i will do what I have to do. I can get it all out in one breath. Me and my upper GI films are attached at the hip! Hee-Hee. Thanks again. Tavia, Oh my god!!! I am so sorry to hear this...You and your family have been through sooo much. I would imagine that you want some bit of relief to just enjoy your son, and not have to deal with this for a bit. You sooo need to catch a break, and think about something else....You have stayed so strong. It's amazing what we can endure when it's thrown at us, and we dont have a choice. I hope you find spurts of happiness and contentment....your son is so young and this is truly a time to have fun with him. I'm so sorry that you have to deal with these medical issues on a daily basis......oh how I hope things work out for you soon....you sooooo deserve it. love, Janean
