Yes it is nice to have the new life so I can work on the new house...
I did more last night then I would have done all day long before surgery. Before I would have needed to take so many more breaks but now the reason I slow down is because of my feet hurt at times when I am on them all day.

Congrats on your house Deb!!! I have been bad about keeping track of what I ate lately. So I will try to get back on track and try to post as often as possible.
B-mini bagel w/cream cheese
L-salad with grilled chicken and caeser dressing and cheese
S-1/2 protein bar
D- cup of butternut squash soup and a few breton wheat crackers with PB on them
S-1/2 serving of SF hot cocoa
2 flintstones, protonix, biotin, 600 mg calcium supp.

Thanks hun ~hugs~ I know I will be not keeping track as much as I should over this next week because I am not in front of my computer while at work.
atleast I will be getting the exercise from the house work now.

Congratulations on your new home!!! Glad to hear things finally got accomplished.
What I ate yesterday:
28 oz. decaf tea (I got up at 3:30 a.m.)
B - 1/2 omelet w/1 oz. bacon pieces & 1 oz. shredded cheese
1/2 English muffin
8 oz. skim milk
L - 1/2 cup homemade stew (2 oz. venison)
8 oz. skim milk
S - 3 oz. nuts
D - 1/2 cup minestrone, 2 oz. cheese, 1/2 biscuit
I also had about 40 oz. water, 2 chewable vitamins, 630 mg. calcium citrate supp. along with my meds.
I really need to do this daily so I can keep track.
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

your day of eating wasn't that bad...you got in lots of protein and not many carbs... and I noticed that you are losing again with 2lbs in the last week alone!!!
B 3/4 scrambled egg with 1 tsp ketchup
S protein drink, centrum, viactive
L 2 melba toast, 2 tsp SF peanut butter, 10 pistachio kernals,
viactive
S SF popsicle
D Lean Cuisine Chicken Florentine (18 gprotein, 200 calories)
Flintstone vitamin, calcium carbonate
S SF fudgesicle, sf twizzler
10 minutes on bike, all water.
