Hello All ~hugs~
OMG I am so glad this house things is over.
We are in and already started some work yesterday after closing and back again tonight, hubby and I both have to work today but we are off all next week.
Well yesterday was a BAD eating day with no routine so I will just list what I eat.
8 oz carb control choc milk
1 egg with 1 slice bacon
insides of a small bean and cheese borito
3 oz grilled chicken over salad with ranch dressing
Atkins advantage protein bar
1 cheeseburger from Burger King (bad I know but it was getting so late, fed most of the bread to my dog :non
1/2 cup popcorn
ok I think that is it
I did get 30 oz water (not enough I know), took all my vitamins and got some form of exercise while cleaning and taking out some carpet with hubby. I am so acky today and just could not get out of bed quickly this morning.

D-chicken with little new potato, little string beans and a scoop of cream spinich
S-popcorn and banana

LUNCH: 1 ounce chicken parm, mouthful pasta, heal of italian bread
SNACK: nuts
DINNER: 2 ounces london broil, 1/2 baked potatoe ff sour cream and little bit of mixed veggies
SNACK: power crunch
IM in my ravenous before tom eating week.

Yeah Deb! I'm so happy to hear about your house. Awesome and well deserved.
We have all been sick with strep/flu. Miserable. It always amazes me when people say their appetite goes away while they're sick! Mine just gets bigger. Ate a lot of chicken noodle soup and jello the past few days...way too many carbs! Back on track today and feeling a bit better.
B: Wheatina with splenda and 2% milk (1/4 c.)
S: jello (regular--allergic to aspartame!)
L: Ramen noodle soup
S: jello
D: refried beans with melted cheese
S: PBJ sandwich.
Today's a new day!

I am sorry that you all are sick but glad to know you are feeling a little better today.
Seems that after WLS it takes a little more time to get your strength back so just take your time.
