Yeah thank goodness for the end of this week.
Now one more week and we will be the owners of our OWN house.
Got hit with snow again but it should warm up some after this weekend, which is a good thing and the sun is shinning today so that will help melt some of this white stuff.
Ok what I had yesterday:
B- 5 wheat crackers, 1 oz cheddar cheese
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- string cheese, 1 sm orange
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
L- 2 oz tuna w/light mayo, 5 slices of cucs
1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
I was so excited about the house of course I blew it and had a bag of pretzels..
the one bag had 2 servings in it! So not only did I eat the pretzels unplanned I eat the whole bag!!
That emotional eating for sure....
S- 6 oz stallone pudding with 2 tsp flaz seed (ground)
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
D- 3oz grilled chicken with mixed greens, light dressing
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
*Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 76 oz water, 10 oz cyrstal light
*Excercise: 30 min on treadmill at 2.5 MPH
So weird that the scale has not moved one bit for 2 1/2 weeks now, since I started the exercise and flax seed. Frustrating but I know what I am doing is for the best of my health so I know the loss will come again......

Good Morning!!!
I thought I'd go on line before leaving for work (late..as usual)
B 1/4 c grits (lost it about an hour later)
S 4 oz cc yogurt, 1/2 banana
L 3 melba toast with 1 Tbs peanut butter
S SF hot chocolate
D 1 rye krisp, 1/2 oz pork chop, 1/2 slice baby swiss
S SF popsicle
before bed protein drink with 1/2 banana
all vitamins, calcium and water.
10 minutes on bike
Thank goodness for the weekend...it gets us that much closer to warmer weather. Take care, Have a great day and weekend!

We missed the bulk of the snow yesterday here, but like you today the sun is out and makes it alot more bareable.
B-South Beach Breakfast Bar
L-1c of vegatarian chili and 5 small crackers
d-Soft riccotta and veggies (1/4c maybe)
s-soft fruit (but it did not stay down)
Vitiamins 3 x's today, 1 B-12 sub-ling, Calcium 2 x's, added iron

Morning!
Getting ready to go to the surgeon for a follow up and the nutrionist.
B-scrambled egg with cheese
S-coffee with protien powder
L-half chicken cut parm left over, salad and 3 mozerella sticks
S-coffee with protien powder
D-half cheese quisadilla
it didnt stay well and 3 nachos with cheese
S-banana with peanut butter
I actually got in 50oz of water yesturday, much better then i have been doing. Im trying. Used the treadmill and ab lounger. Ordered calcium citrate {tropical oaisis and achieve one drinks from bariatriceating} will let you know when i get them! Have a great day! LisaMarie

I got the tropical oaisis but I can not drink it, it makes me
I can not stand the taste but it is hard to describe.
Let me know what you think. I want to keep trying to see if I can stand to drink it because it is so easy to take on the weekends when I am not carrying around the Citrate chewables that I have from Twinlab. Let me know hun.

don't worry about the bag of preztels that had 2 serving in it that you ate you did it now get back to your normal routine......
yesterday I had
B- lemon zinger tea with one splender
s- cabot 1.5 oz cheese
L- 3 shrimps and 3 broccoli spears
d- small piece of roasted chicken breast
have a great day soon to be home owner.....
