Breakfast 1/4 c cottage cheese with 1 tsp sunflower seeds
Lunch 4 oz carb control yogurt, 1 tbs nuts
Snack fat free hot chocolate
Dinner 1/2 lean cuisine potroast with veg & potato
Snack sugar free pudding
Tired today..got home from work and took a nap.
