Sorry I have not been around, just so busy with getting back to work yesterday and going in late because of the snow..

Well if you did not post yesterday and come on and tell us what you eat yesterday. I had:
B= 3 1/2 oz cottage cheese with fresh strawberries
S= string cheese
L= 3 oz ham
S= some fresh natural nuts, stallone pudding
D= Fresh grilled salmon with mixed grilled veggies included potatos
S= 1 oz cheese doodles.

well glad your okay was a little concerned! THAT makes sence that work was a bit crazy after the time off, but glad your back and posting!
WHAT did i eat yesterday:
breakfast: protein advant Edge chocolate shake
SNACK: pretzels and cheddar cheese stick
LUNCH: shrimp in coctail sauce
SNACK: more shrimps (couple of cheeze its)
DINNER: hamburger patty little bit lettuce, tom onion w/ kethchup and mayo

Hun thanks and the same to you. ~hugs~ Things are going ok here and we are just waiting to hear if the guy will let us move forward with a septic scope, we was not wanting us to do this and we said if not then we are not going to purchase the house! We will see, ball is in his court now.

Goodmorning....
B-2 pieces of turkey bacon
S-Romano cheese
L-nothing
D-meatloaf, just like 4 bites, half corn on the cob and a little of a baked potato
S-1/2 of a protien shake
Was not hungry at all yesturday had to force myself to eat.
Did my pilates, didnt realize how hard it was lol....I am also not drinking enough water

Hun how was the pilates, I got to see it one day and they were really working hard thought it does not look like it would be that hard right? But it sure is.

Good morning everyone.
Glad to have you back Deb. I know what you mean about playing "catch-up" after a holiday.
Well, here's what I ate yesterday.
B - Protein drink
S - Banana
L - Vegetable soup
S - Slim-Fast Protein Bar
D - Chicken, very small salad, 2 sips of chicken/rice soup
S - FF pretzels
Weight stayed the same this week but I did lose over Christmas so I'm not complaining - had gains all my life during the holidays so life is good.

Yeah it was crazy but I think it is all better now.
Well I am still holding at 188 and it has been a while now.....I missed my 185 for the holidays but I am hoping within this month, that will be my century mark.

Pre op diet:
B: slimfast shake
S: 1c strawberries
L: salad with cottage cheese and lowfat dressing
S: orange
D: steak( sooo good! ate a bit too much!) with broccoli and 1c noodles
48 out of the 64 oz water...hard now, I can't imagine how difficult it will be after surgery!
18 lost...12 to go before I can get a surgery date...

Yeah the water is hard and I try every day, getting in most if it for sure because I know how much it helps with weight loss. It gets easier as time goes on as well, at first it will be hard but it should get easier for you hun. ~hugs~

Good Morning Everyone!
Well had an overdone day yesterday. I really did too much, didn't eat much, and think I pulled something again or maybe just an all day cramp, doesn't hurt too bad just feel it twinge when I move just right.
I haven't lost anything in about 2 weeks. I finally started my period today it has been 5 weeks since last one. So maybe the cause of my upper tummy bloating, the lower tummy looks and feels fine. Although I did have my first WOW moment this weekend. Went shopping with my daughter and went from a size 22 pants to a size 18 every pair I tried fit me, and my shirt size went from 24-26-26 depending on style to an 18 as well or and XL in most styles, some still don't fit. I have gone down a full bra size, from 42 DD to a 40 D. I am so stoked about that. I really need to start exercising. I know that is probably the cause of my weight stall. But all in all I feel great and am happy with my progress. I go to the Dr. today so maybe will see a weight loss, although I don't think so.
Deb I see that you commented on water helping the weight come off, maybe that is the problem as well. I have been drinking cranberry juice to help my bladder and haven't been getting much water in. I guess that will have to be a major concentration of mine.
Ok here is what I ate
B- 4 oz carb control strawberry yogurt
L- 3 oz cottage cheese a few thin slices of turkey lunchmeat
D- salad w/ cheese and ranch dressing and about 2-3 oz chicken salad
S- 12 grapes sf hot cocoa
What do you all do to take your calcium citrate? I can't even think of swallowing that thing, I have been crushing mine up and either putting it in a little pudding or last night I put a little of my hot cocoa in with it and drank it, that worked out well. I tried to cut the thing in half and about choked on it, so I will stick with the crushing for now.
