31lbs in 38 days!
Hi everyone! I had my one month check up today (actually 38 days since surgery) and I weighed in at 199!!! down 31 pounds since 11-7! How cool is that!
I didn't think that it would be that fast but my pants were hanging in the seat. Now I have to but at least 2 pair to get me through the work week ( one black, one navy will do 
)

Congrats hun 
It will start to slow down as you move along but those first weeks it feels just so awesome to see that weight come off soooo quickly... I wish you all the best ~hugs~
