Ok back on track yesterday...
B- 3 oz Cottage Cheese
S- Stallone pudding
L- 3 oz grilled chicken breast with light dressing, cucs
S- String Cheese, 1 oz light popcorn
D- 3 oz Founder, a couple of spoons of Mashed Potatos and string beans
OK that is it, oh yeah and I had all my water. Back on track..

Yeah the good thing now is we are back on track, I know for myself that before surgery I would have STILL been of track.

Just wanted to say that i looooooooooove this post, and wait impatiently for it everyday!!! Iam a fairly new post op and get great ideas for things that i can eat with portein. So this is my first time participating...........yesterday i ate......
B- Kashi oatmeal
S- Protein hot chocolate
L- Protein cookie
S- nothing
D- 1 egg with 1 oz cheddar cheese
S- Edy's ice cream with splenda
I forgot my vitamins yesterday, and only got in like 40 oz water.
I will definately do better today!!!

Hi Deb-
Glad to hear you are back on track! I had a stressful day yesterday, so I went a little bit off track---
B= South Beach Protein bar
L= 5 pieces sashimi, 1 T of rice, 1/4 C buckwheat noodle 2T of soup
S= 1/4 C popcorn
1 lowcarb chocolate bar (atkins)
S= 3 pieces of cheese; 5 raisins; 1 grape
D= 1 glass wine (then I waited 15 minutes)
Cooking class so I ate a little bit of everything
1 bite of fried flounder in cornmeal (didn't like it)
1 oz sesame crusted halibut
2 oz of pan seared salmon with 1 T of wine reduction sauce
1/2 oz bass with lemon butter and capers
juliened veggies ( 2T)
1 bite of trout w/ salmon mousse rolled up
