Well I'm only a few days out of the hospital but I had lots of water and dilluted juices all day, a protien shake for B, L, & S. For a snack I had a little SF Jello. Yummy! Can't wait for the "mushies". Cottage chese never sounded so good.

LisaMarie, Hello hun ~Hugs~ Looks like you are getting in your protein which is great. I just my new shipment of stallone puddings today and the banana was in there so I am very excited to try them. I enjoy the vanilla and choc so I bet the banana must be good also right? Well take care and have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P

Hey Deb- Hope you find a good scale! Here was my roll call: B: 1 poached egg w/ 1 T of home fries, 2 bites of a whole wheat english muffin and about 1 oz of salmon S: protein bar L: left over soybeans - about 1/2 cup D: 2 oz of salmon w/ 1 T of brown rice and 2 T of steamed veggies. S: TastiDlite 1.5 oz. For those who don't know this, it is a low sugar, all natural, low carb, low fat frozen desert 17 cal / fl. ounce. You just have to throw most of it out because they give you like 6 oz in the small cup.

Andrea, Hello hun ~Hugs~ well read my post about "damn scale" and you will see what kind of scale I got... O well..... Hey where did you get these TastiDlites? I don't know of them. I went to Bariatriceating.com and got some really good s/f cookies and had a try today. Took a while to eat the small bag but they are so good, not that low in carbs though. I remember my nutrionist saying something about staying between 14-17 grams of total carbs for it to be a low carb food and these cookies are around 22 grms but so good for that something special. Well take care hun ~hugs~ Debra P
