How to grow hair????

When I had my surgery, I lost most of my long hair, How do i get it back. Also just wondering, I was one of the people in the low weightloss range, I have skin hanging and want to get rid of it without surgery. is there any sort of creme or patch that could help? Also I wante to know about the all diet that makes you lose a couple of pounds in a matter of few days. Lots of Love Mandee

Well, girlfriend, it's about time you remembered we were here for you! I ended up cutting mine all off so the new hair growth would fare better. To grow stronger new hair, add some Biotin supplements and use a good Biotin shampoo. They also have a conditioning masque for your hair and scalp that you massage in. My new hair is so healthy looking! Although I do miss my long hair. My profile pic was right before I cut the hair off. I am uncertain about the skin, but I'm sure you'll get som e responses about that. Even though I was a lightweight, they still had to surgically remove my belly. It was huge. The "couple of pounds in a few days" is a thing that really targets excess water weight. I tried that Hollywood Diet thing and first off, the taste of the juice made me want to retch. Second, I thought I was going to starve to death and third? It was not effective as it was advertised. Too much money for too little results. Good luck - and it is wonderful to see you posting again!
