Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking question and update
Hello my AMOS family and friends
Hope everyone is well!!! I would like to pose a question about the Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking. Has anyone used it? Did you have any problems with dumping? Is it suitable for us to use since it is half sugar?? Or do we stay with the Splenda Granular? I was looking forward to using the new Splenda Brown sugar in my holiday baking along with the white, but was told by a friend that it can cause dumping.
I am now waiting for a call from my nutritionist/dietician so I can pose the question to her. I will let you all know what I find out.
By the way, I am always lurking. I am doing okay, although not losing as fast as I would like. I am down about 76 pounds total with 55 since surgery. Thanks to DollyR, I have a winter coat to wear because here in Horseheads (3 hours south of Syracuse), we get cold and snow, too. No snow yet, but lots of COLD!!!!

I would like to know that as well because I have a box of it sitting on my shelf and wondered if it would be ok to use. Please let me know as well.

Thank you for replying. I will give them a try. I just wanted to know because I bake the pies to take to my son's house for Thanksgiving and his in-laws are diabetics. Also, I would like a small taste of pumpkin pie.
Thankfully, I am not a big sweet eater so I don't miss the sugar, but I do like pumpkin pie.
