hello hun ~Hugs~ Nice to see you...
yeah eggs are a little iffy for me so I will watch when and where I eat them. It was not a nice site and my pooh hubby riding to work, I said nothing for most of the 1/2 hr ride since I can not talk when I feel so
then had to drive myself for another 8 miles...
Just made it to work in time.
but feeling so much better now.

Hey Debra!
Wow! Congrats on breaking your stall, and kicking the door in nonetheless! You are getting there!! I am so excited for you to get under 200 and it's coming around the corner!
It's funny how eggs are one of the only things that always agrees with me but I am so sick and tired of eggs. How is that chocolate milk? Maybe I should try that to get some more calories in, but I am scared it will open the flood doors on me.
I have realized that I can't eat anything "artificial" like the protein shakes or even the puddings. I think they were giving me the runs and making me feel queasy. Now that I stopped the fake protein I have the opposite poopy problem!
I went to my pcp today got the flu and pneumonia shot. Nasty germs stay away!
My GI doctor office called me today to set up a colonoscopy appt he wrote orders for.
I am so avoiding him like the plague now.
Just hearing his name on my answering machine sent shivers up my spine. My husband is telling me that I should just do it and get it over b/c maybe the GI dr. will find something. I told my husband if I do it then he has to do it w/no twlight meds and he goes first. He said forget it then.
I win. HA!

Thanks for your support hun ~Hugs~ I am hoping to BUST into Onederland and take it over at scale point...OK well that is a little over the top but you know what I mean.
Yeah I can see how things can get tiring after eating them all the time. I find that the s/f stuff that holds a lot of sugar alcohols are what make me feel sick. I stopped using soy milk because it had about 11 grams of surgar for the 8oz serving. Now I use the Carb Countdown milk and choc milk, I just love it! It sure feels like a treat and ii has about 11-12 grams of protein.

Well what I eat here goes:
B-Yoguart 4oz
S-4 slice of low sodium ham
L-Lemon chicken 4oz with broccoli
S-cottage 4oz with 1/2apple
D-chicken carbonora(that was so good,I know this very fatting.I can eat spaghetti doesn't bother me.That's why I eat it once a month)
LS-IDS protein shake(belgian chocolate)

Yeah I am hoping to get into Onderland by next week if not sooner.
That is one of my bigger goals so that is all good.
