Good Morning All ~hugs~ OK yeah I broke my stall in a big way and I hope it stays moving down now. I lost 4 1/2 lbs from yesterday so now I am down to 202.5, I hope to be into Onderland before long. I have lost total of 82.5 Lbs... This morning was not a good one, I tried to have a hard boiled egg and WOW, I was rushing to get to work so I could and I did, as soon as I walked into the doors. It is so weird that eggs can do that to me, scrambled did that to me 2 weeks after surgery but now I am ok with it but this was the first time I tried a hard boiled one. Maybe I did not chew enough but it is weird that eggs can do that to me. Well this is what I had yesterday: B- 8 oz carb countdown choc milk, 1.5 oz cottage cheese, 1 stawberry S- Stallone pudding, 6oz L- 4 oz lobster tail with small amount of butter S- String Cheese, .5 oz Cheese its D- 1.5 med meat balls with mozz cheese S- 4 raw almonds Ok that is about it, it gave me about 720 calories, 23 grams carbs and 86 grams of protein. Morning, *5 lbs is AWESOME!!!! Congratulations! Friday night I hit a deer on RT 17 at 65mph. We were not hurt, but the old car of mine will cost more to fix than what i paid for it, and it drives fine. My food hasn't been good. B skipped L chinese D barbque ribs Couldn't keep anything down, & I think my emotions were at the root of it Linda

Linda, Hun I am sorry to hear that ~Hugs~ That is a big fear of mine around here, I hate to hurt anything but you just can't help it when they come running right out in front of you. I am so glad no one was hurt! Well yeah something like that can upset your pouch so easy, take it easy and maybe eat light for the next couple of days until it feels better. Afternoon all.... Gee let's see.....I have a hard time remembering my name sometimes let alone what I ate yesterday but let's see what I remember...... Coffee (decaf) w/ vits Breakfast: 1 packet of lower sugar hot cereal (maple/brown sugar) Iced Tea (crystal light) Snack: venison jerky (my husband makes it....it's awesome!!) Iced tea Lunch: tomatoe soup w/ crackers.......(didn't stay down though) Dinner: small bowl of goulash made with wheat pasta Snack: handful of peanuts I also have a hard time with eggs....once in a while I can eat them other times forget it!!!
