Hello All ~Hugs~
Just wanted to post what I had yesterday, hoping you all had a great weekend? Mine was quiet and very nice, hubby worked on Sat and we did not really do much of anything the whole weekend...
Bad eating day yesterday for sure..
B- 1 egg scrambled with some onions, mushrooms, beef and moz cheese.
S- 3 pretzel rods
L- Chef salad
S- Stallone pudding
D- 1/2 beef burger without bun, ketchup. 1/4 cuc
S- Pickel, 5-7 Doritos (
I know)
Also was off on my water all weekend long
but back on today!

Hello all,
What I had yesterday:
B: turkey bacon/banana
L: left overs from sat.
D: Healthy Choice grilled chicken/pasta
S: Luna Bar
S: low fat ice cream
S: buffalo style pretzel pieces
As you can see I had a bad day. The snacking has gotten out of control but I will get back on track today!
Today:
B: turkey bacon
L: leftovers from sat
D: shake n bake chicken breast
S: ?
water, water,water

Good morning Deb,
I would say you had a good eating day. Look at it this way, 5 - 7 Doritos is NOT the whole bag, as I'm sure it used to be and falling off on the water for a day or two isn't going to kill you if you don't make a habit of it.
Now I, on the other hand, was a bad girl yesterday...
B - None
L - Chinese beef w/mushrooms and veggies and rice
S - LoFat Bryers Choc Chip Mint ice cream (yummy, but bad)
D - 2 small slice Frischetta pepperoni pizza (bad again)
S - Coffee and 4 triscuit crackers
Don't get too upset over these little slips. We're so much more aware now than we were before. I'm sure you'll be just fine today.

Thanks for your support hun ~Hugs~ Yeah it was not the whole bag and I do like some from time to time. You are right about being more aware now and it is a good feeling.
I know how water really keep you on track but sometimes on the weekends I am running around and can not get the water in, I would have to stop all the time and use the potty.

Happy Monday Deb (and all). It's bright, sunny and warm today so I can put up with work. Busy weekend for me which means I didn't stay on track but will be back today.

I am so bad with stuff over the weekend but hey I am working on it.

YEsterday I had:
B: 1 scrambled egg w/shredded cheddar (about 3/4 of it)
S: Protein Shake
L: Carb Countdown Vanilla Creme yogurt (about 3/4)
S: Protein Shake
D: 1.5oz chicken salad, 1 small piece cheddar cheese
So far I think I am doing fairly well with my eating. It's the drinking that is giving me a problem. I just can't seem to get in all of my liquids! Oh well...I guess that will come with time.
