Dr Singh

Hi, Any of Dr Singh's patients around? How was he and what were your experiences with the surgery? Was it done at Albany Med? I want to see if I can go to St Peter's. Thanks, Janet

Why do you want to go to St Peters? It depends on hios OR schedule I believe where he does surgery and I think but not certain he does most of his WLS at AMC. I would ask him when you meet him if he can do it at St Petes I checked into him when i was researching surgery, I have heard many good things about him but for me Dr Lirio was a better fit. Hi Janet, I'm not a patient of Dr. Singhs but I know people who are and have had good luck. I also chose Dr. Lirio over Dr. Singh, for my own medical and personal reasons. Janet , I am having my surgery with Dr Singh and he is doing it at St peters ...I just like St Peters alot better then Albany Med just a personal opinion

Janet, I had Dr. Singh and St. Peters. We have a support group that meets at St. Peters on Tuesday evenings every Tuesday night from 5-7pm. We meet in the dr's cafetaria just off the main cafetaria. Stop by anytime. All are welcome. Mary

Mary, I was wondering how you got to St Peters. I called Dr Singh's office and was referred to a screening person named Mike. I did the application and I'm going on the 27th for a screening at Albany Med. Did you start this whole process through St Peters or start with Sr Singh? I am still trying to figure out why I only heard it was done at Albany Med and now I have heard form several of you that you are in a program at St Peters.Sorry to be such a pain. Thank you, Janet

Janet, I just told him I prefer St. Peters and he was fine with that. I do however, think he prefers Alb Med as his office is located there. He does have surgical patients at both. Never hesitate to ask anything. I had so many people help me here that I am always available to try and help someone else. Good Luck\Mary
