Hello All, ~hugs~ Hey TGIF....YEAH Sorry a little late today.. crazy at work OK my menu from yesterday was: B-3 oz cottage cheese & Carb Control Choc Milk S-String Cheese & 12 grapes L-2.5 oz Shrimp with my own ****tail sauce (Ketchup & Horseradish) 1/4 cucumber D-2 oz Pork & 1 small ear of corn w/butter S- Salsa and 4 tortilla chips OK I think that is about it.... OK now your turn.. I hope you all have a great weekend, I have nothing planned but hanging around with the hubby. Well take care Debra P 285/223.5/125??

Deb; Yesterday was my birthday. I know I am Pre-op and I know that my doctor says to follow the South Beach, but I did have some cake. B-Chocolate Mousse Cake (8am office meeting and BP) L-chicken salad with toasted walnuts, pears and balasmic dressing d-One hamburger on a roll and one without a roll (did not eat cake with everyone) 6 glasses of water Not good, but I am being good today. We are going to a wild and crazy camp out this weekend. The theme is what will it be like in 2050 (all adults going). Every year we have a theme campout. The weather looks like it will be excellent. Karen, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Hey we all have those days and they are ok. A thin person eats some bad stuff at times but they know when to stop (something I was lacking) and now after surgery you have to STOP or else. Rest of the day sounds good hun.... Hi Deb. Here's my list: B - Carnation Instant Breakfast S - 1/3 of a Protein bar L - 1/2 sweet potato S - 1/3 of a Protein bar D - 5 oz tuna fish w/light mayo and fat free saltine crackers S - pretzel sticks I've been trying to get a couple of snacks in because I was told at my Support Group meeting I wasn't eating enough. It sure is great to see what other people are eating and I've realized I'm not getting enough variety in my diet either. Have a wonderful weekend. I'm going away to visit some friends in Oriskiny (near Utica) tomorrow and Sunday so won't be online. Take care.

Cindee, Yes I know for me when I add the calories it sure helps to lose the weight, strange right. I guess it does make sense, you have to fuel your body for it to run. Yes it gives us all some good ideas on how to break things up. Have fun at with your friends hun ~hugs~ Debra P 285/223.5/125??

Hi Deb, Here goes yesterday. B-cheese stick. unflavored unjury w/ ice coffee and hazelnut creamor L- cottage cheese, cantaloupe, cheese stick S- cheese stick S- this is bad.. handful of tortilla chips, some pretzels...( I got home from work and just wanted to EAT!!! D- few bites of dh's steak (yum yum), spinich S- salad w/some grated cheese and a healthy choice fudge ice cream bar So that's pretty much it. I am going to hang out with my kids and dh the weekend.. that's about it! Enjoy! Hugs! Marla

B-1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese 4 strawberries L-2 oz turkey breast 2 oz muenster cheese S- 1 peach D-4 oz pork chop, 1/2 baked potato w/butter,and green beans S-sugar free eskimo pop coffee, iced tea, water water water! Happy weekend! Gail
