Ok here is what I had yesterday.....
B-Unjury Vanilla protein shake w/carb control milk (thanks Gail
)
S-Carb Control Yogurt
L-Cheese from 1 slice of pizza
S-String cheese
D-Pork, ribs, 2-3 oz
S-Watermelon, 2 oz
I hope you all have a great day today, Friday is almost here.

Morning Deb, you sure got started early this morning. Did you talk to Louis yesterday? Glad to hear he's doing well.
Ok what did I eat yesterday? I donated blood, so I was a little bad.
B - Stallone chocolate protein pudding
Apple juice and 2 choc. chip cookies after donating blood
S - Banana
L - 1/2 Blue cheese burger w/lettuce on kaiser roll
S - small bag of Lays potato chips
D - small grilled chicken breast
S - coffee and another Stallone pudding
Got the protein and water in, but two of those snacks weren't the greatest things to be eating.
Another beautiful day and yes, thank God tomorrow is Friday.

Hello hun ~Hugs~ I did not get to talk to him but I did get the talk to Lisa, his wife. At the time we talked he was not out of surgery but she did leave v/m around 6:30pm that he did fine and she was able to see him around 8pm that night. I will follow up with a call tonight to see how he is doing. I will let you know.
I wish I could donate blood but I am so worried that I am lucky I get through give my own for the tests..
I wish I was not like that but I just can not help it.
Maybe once I reach goal it will not be such a chore to get it from me that it might be better.
Well thanks for sharing hun... Good or bad it sure helps keep us aware of what we are eating huh?
Also using fitday.com is another great way I find to keep myself on track, some what.

Okay here is what I ate yesterday.......
B- 3- Fat Free Waffles w/sf syrup
1- Bananna
2-cups of coffee black ( I always forget to enter my coffee
)
L- 1- Ham & Cheese Sandwich
1/2c. tomato soup
4-crackers
1- Glass of Ice Tea
D- 2- pork chops
1-1/2c. corn
1c.mashed potatoes
1/2c fruit ****tail
1-glass of Ice Tea
S- I had a snack in between B & L.... 1- chocolate f/f sf pudding.
And there you have it !!!!

Hello hun ~Hugs~ I also have the unflavored unjury powder (1 pack left) and I was wondering what to put it in. How much do you add to your coffee? Can you taste the protein in the drink then? I know I can at times and I just hate it.

I love love love the unjury powder!!
I add about 10 oz of ice coffee with coffeemate hazlenut creamor....
(i don't dump from it...but they do make a sugar free version now) and
a full scoop of the powder... which is a 1 pack... and ice cubes... I don't taste the protein powder at all. I drink it pretty much every day!

Hun thanks for the info hun, I might have to try that. Though I do not drink coffee much but would love ice coffee. I did try the decaf ice latte with just splenda and skim milk but it tasted to sweet.
Well maybe I will try it in my crystal light.
