Deb; I started out good. Lets see, B-Cheese omlet with coffee and the fat free international creamer S-Med. Apple L- None D- 6oz steak with grilled veggies and a salad S-Angel Food cake with sf orange jello and madrian oranges and orange sherbert I also had a small one *****oclate bar. OOPS!!!!!!!!!!! Karen, Hello hun ~Hugs~ Thanks for sharing your food list, it sure helps others get ideas, well it sure does for me... Well if we keep it to one bite that is ok right, as long as we do not do that all the time. Hey just like how a thin person eats, wow if I only could have done that before surgery. Hi Deb.. So glad you had a good time.....We did miss ya...we had a blast the kids were in the pool most of the day....we had lots of food all good.....lots of fruit.....lots of veggies....and of course a birthday cake for my little girl.....the adults dance and we just had a real good time.....sorry you missed it but we will get togather another day....no problem......and Nicole and JP we sick so I hope they are feeling better we will catch up soon.... Well yesterday hummmm let me think what did I have... B- feta and spinach omelette... L- a few chips with salsa....yummy D- I made chicken taco's....yummy again...only had two.... I'm sure I ate something else but I just cant remember what it was...oh cup of Macaroni Salad...no snacking yesterday.....was busy doing the laundry and sad to see that Brenny was going home.....but she had to get back to her normal life.....I had a wonderful time with her....we went to see Mamma Mia it was great......the whole week-end was just very eventful....and now I need to recoupperate I'm so tired but it was well worth it....and if Brenny decided to come down again we would prolly have another eventful week-end Well good to see ya Deb....you didn't do that bad with yoru food yesterday.....and Wow 60 lbs you go girl....keep up the good work.....I know what you mean about the time only being 3 months it goes by fast but it seems longer too..... Hi Deb, Congratulations on the 60lbs... You are doing soooo awesome Deb and you are truly and inspiration to everyone here! hmmm lets see yesterday B- 1 egg fried w/1/2 mini bagel toasted to death S- iced coffee with hazelnut creamor and 1 scoop of unflavored unjury protien powder. L- 3/4 cup tuna pasta salad S- handful of chips D- 1/2 of a pc of eggplant rollentni S- ice cream... yeah the real stuff.. can't believe I did not get sick Got back on track today.. just got back from the gym... did 13 minutes on the elpitical and rode 5 miles on the bike took about 25 minutes. Marla, Hello hun and thanks.. Thank you also for the warm words, I think we all inspire one another here. Wow I can not believe you were brave enough to try the "real" stuff I have the carb something that has so much less sugars then the real stuff and that can make me sick if I eat to much. That is awesome that you are doing that much at the gym, congrats on that. I am only doing 1/2 mile in 15 mins so far and trying to keep that a routine. Hey There Debra Happy 3 month anniversary !! 60 lbs GONE... GONE....GONE!!!!!!! WHOOPI WOO-HOO FOR YOU Bet you don't miss it ..DO YA ? I have been busy over this weekend with last minute shopping for school clothes and supplies for my daughter ! I always wait till the last minute every year . I don't mind it, but my kids.... Well lets just say............... HATE IT! I only have one left in school so it is getting easier ...Thank God ! As far as your diet Deb.... You are doing great ! You have to treat yourself once in a while ! Here is what I ate yesterday, B- 1-c. oatmeal w/1tsp. honey L- 1- small toss salad w/about an oz. of turkey with it . D- 1-hamburger pattie w/bun 10-tator tots 1-c. green beans Snacks - 1-slice watermelon 1/2 c. fat free ice cream I am doing a little better but still need alot of work on my food choices. Carol, Hello hun ~hugs~ I am sure it must be hard with the start of a new school year. :jugle: Well I hope it goes smoothly for you. Your eating plan sounds good hun. I so miss those tator tots.
