Hello All,
I am hoping everyone had a great weekend, I know I did.
Though I am sad that I missed Christines bar-b-q and missed all the people but had a great time with my family that came up from LI. Had about 7 people staying with us, it was packed in the house but we had so much fun.
Well today is my 3 month anniversary and I am down 60 lbs total.
It seems like it has been longer then the 3 months.
I go for my 3 month check up next week and we will see what the "Golden scale" says.
Also, if you are up to it you can list what you eat yesterday but I for one was not so good.
I had:
B-Cottage Cheese with Cantalope(sp?)
L- 2 pcs of Bacon
S- 3 french Fries
D- Beef Sirloin, 2 oz
2 ears of corn on cob (yes 2 ears
)
S- Doritos, 1 oz
Well ok so I admitted it...
Back on track today and back to my exercise...

Yep it's Tuesday and back to work. It's another gorgeous day and I don't want to be here, but you gotta do what you gotta do!!! Right?
You were bad yesterday, but not that bad. You started off ok, but then you became the Carb Queen. Don't sweat it. I'm sure you're back on track today.
Let's see what did I eat yesterday.
B - Thomas' light multigrain english muffin w/margarine & SF jelly
S - Stallone protein pudding
L - 2 oz. slice roast beef w/american cheese and may on 1/2 Portugese roll
D - None
S - Coffee and a Boston Cream donut from Dunkin Donuts
Guess I was the Carb Queen too. I'm back on track today.
It's ok to slip once in awhile. Just thing it was only 1 oz of Doritos. In the past, I bet it was the whole bag!!!!

It is so easy to fall into that...
But good that I am back on track today
I had the stallone pudding for breakfast this morning and I just love it....
Yes it would have been the whole bag in the past so I guess that is better.

Well, yesterday was mostly good for me too. My biggest *bad* thing was not the lemon stuff for dessert [it tasted so yechh I didn't even fini**** Popcorn is my nemesis. If I buy it, it is gonna get eaten.
For breakfast I had a half peanut butter sandwich. Just peanut butter.
I also had my protein shake, which is my usual morning thing.
For snack, I had my No Fear Sugar Free Energy Drink. We barbecued steak and served pea salad with it and the lemon stuff. I ate a tiny bit - round steak is not my favorite, even though I spiced it nicely.
So I had another protein shake.
This is not being on track nutritionally and I need to get right back on that pony and start riding nutritionally again..............

Hello hun ~Hugs~ We all have food that are like a "red light", that was a weigh****ches word from WAYYYY back...
I am not sure what mine is anymore until I have it and see if I still enjoy it since so many things I do not like anymore but there are still some that I do.
Carbs are my "red light" food....
Well that is what we are all about, getting right back on the horse
We WILL fall off at times, no one is perfect but the fact that we are getting back on is more then we used to do.

I had a good weekend but glad it's over. I won't even mention what I ate over the weekend, although I am trying to watch what I eat, but I do a bad job at that. I am looking forward to my consult on the 26th. I made arrangements to get some blood work done and gotta get my PCP to fax my records to the surgeon. I talked to a couple friends and told them I'm looking into having WLS and so far everyone is supportive. So that's pretty cool. I'm really ashamed of how I let myself go.
It is pretty out here. I went shopping this morning, but glad to be back home.

Hello there ~Hugs~ Hun I am sorry that you are having so much troubles with food, I think we ALL understand or else we would not be here. Try to get back into the swing of good eating and before you know it, you will be having your surgery.
We all left ourselves go hun and we all understand. I think we are the hardest on ourselves with these things. We know better but just can not get that control! I am glad your getting the support that you need also, it is nice when others around you are cool with what you are doing. The 26th will be here so soon...

Hi Debra,
The weather has been so nice...I hate to have to work during these "last" nice days. The kids started school this morning so it was back to reality....it's tough to get 3 kids off to school and the baby off to my moms before work.......during the summer I'm able to sleep an extra 2 hours. So this morning was rough for me....it's going to take some time to adjust.......I'm kind of dragging...
