Hi Debra Congrats on the loss, isn't it great. I'm down about 58 lbsand all my clothes are too big. I would love to get together up here some where, and I'm sure others would also. I just got back from a trip to Denverand I reache two of my goals, I didnt need a seatbelt extender on the plane ( I was even able to tighten the belt alittle) and I fit on all the rides at 6 Flags. I also went white water rafting on the Colorado River, what a blast I had. Wouldn't have been able to do these things before WLS. I was wondering if anyone was interested in the Obisity Walk, they are doing it in Manhatten & Danbury? Let me know. Congrats again Andrea

Andrea, Hello hun ~Hugs~ Yeah it would be great to meet and we will have to set something up. Congrats on your goals hun, that is awesome and I have the same kinds of goals. It sure feels good when you can meet them and beyond. Yes after WLS is so much better, the quality of life sure increases. I am not sure if I am ready for a long walk like that yet but I am sure so many others would be. Take care hun ~hugs~ Debra P

I might be able to attend a night meeting just not sure. I think i will be wiped out after a full day at a cheering pep rally. SO do email me details when its put together and i can always try. Lisa, Yeah I am sure you will be wiped out for sure if it is all day! Well maybe next time hun, I would like to keep doing these and hoping it might just get bigger each time. Hi Debra, Congrats on your 50 lbs.! Keep it up. Hmmm..Long Island get together. Well, I live in Northern Oneida County, between Syracuse and Watertown (about 50 miles from the Thousand Islands). When they talk about Lake Effect Snow in the winter in the tug hill plateau, that's me. Just east of Lake Ontario. Quite a long distance from Long Island, but I'll be thinking of you on the 27th. I think I've finally figured out the "upstate" thing. Albany is upstate for people in, around and near NYC. So I figure where I live is Central NY, Massena is northern NY and Buffalo~Niagara Falls area is western NY . Seriously though, I'm about a 4-5 hour drive to NYC from where I live. Deb, Yeah I plan on keeping it moving DOWN.. Yeah that might be a little far for you hun but I might be having one upstate as well but I think that might be to far as well right? That would be about 3-4 hrs away... Well thanks for posting hun ~Hugs~ Debra P
