Syracuse WLS group meeting

Next meeting is Tuesday, August 2 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hazard Branch Library, 1620 West Genesee Street. Syracuse 13204 all are invited to attend

Yay, I didn't even know there was a group meeting in Syracuse! I'll do my best to be there!

Hi Mary, We usually have 15-30 pre & post-op people in the group, anyone is welcome to attend, Jo ann Heskin runs the group meeting, very informative, starts @ 6:30 pm usually runs approx. 1 - 1 1/2 hours, hope to see you there

Ugh, I couldn't make it to the meeting due to some family stuff that came up. Do you all meeting regularaly? First Tuesday of the month? Please post and let me know! I want to try to make the next meeting.

hi, I live in Watertown and just starting to look into WLS. I know the hospital in Syracuse does WLS but I'm not how to find a doctor. I have medicaid and medicare and not sure if the doctors will accept that insurance. My sister had WLS in April 2004 and so far she has lost 260lbs. She had alot of complications with it though, so I'm kind of scared. debby
