Happy Thursday All!!!

Hello my AMOS family....~hugs~ I just wanted to peek in and say hello and may you all have a great Thursday..... It should be a nice one.... All is well with me and the doggie has just a "bug" so she has her meds and I am very happy about that.... DH is doing much better with my date coming up and he plans to help me get myself ready and help around the house (cleaning and stuff)..... And well for me I am feeling better then I have, I seemed to have the blah's the last couple of days but getting out of that now. Still trying to watch what I am eating and not doing all that bad at it. Slowed down on my Diet Coke intake since I have to stop drinking that for good after the surgery. Now I am onto Crystal Light, not all that bad..... OK well leave me a little note to let me know how you are doing as well....~~huggers~~ Take care and have a great day! Debra P

Hi Debra, It is such a beautiful day!!!! I want to play hooky from work, but I figure I shouldnt since I'm going to be off in a couple of weeks. I switched to the crystal light also recently, and to my surprise, it is really good. I've been drinking the rasberry one. The only thing is it's a little expensive for all my kids to keep drinking it. They pour a glass and then only drink a few sips....oh that makes me mad!!!! I think I'll have to get them something else, but then I feel bad because I know the crystal light is so much better for them than kool aide or iced tea. Have a wonderful day!!! Love, Janean

Janean, Why don't you try the store brand of crystal light, I have some from Stop and Shop in fruit punch and it is so awesome, and much less money!! I also have tried the Crystal Light in Orange-Strawberry-Banana and at first I was like no way (HD picked it up for me) and now I just love it. Somtimes I do have to add some water to my glass as it can be very sweet tasting to me......BUT GOOD.... Give it a try, even the Kool Aid you can make with Splenda instead of suger and it is less money then the Sugar-Free one..... Take care hun Debra P

Good Morning my peeping Debrea So gald willow is ok and your blah blah days are over.....you are the sweetest..... I do hope the day is nice but today is crazy here at work and I don't know it I will even see the day.....
