Question about a profile spruce

Hi all, i recently sent my info to get my page spruced but i have not received a email back confirming when its gonna be done nor has it been done. Can somebody tell me how long it takes? or how to go about getting my page spruced up? thank u

It usually takes about 3 weeks they are very busy so if you don't have it done by the 4th week please e-mail them a reminder... Christine
