Hi Debra, Sorry to hear that! I can't stand when the people in the office treat you like that. I would make sure you find out who you are speaking with and let the doctor know how they treated you. I think they need to submit a date to the insurance company when they send your paperwork to them.. so its totally obnoxious that they won't even tell you what the "tentative" surgery date is. Marla, Yes I think that is it but they have to send the "letter" with the date on it and make ya wait.... I think they push ya so you are extra excited to have the surgery.... Thanks for the support hun...~hug~ Debra P

The waiting is the worse... oh boy i know... but boy when you get it..its like you feel so revived.. Stay sweet and good things come to those who wait..... Hey Debra I am sorry that the prayers and crossed fingers and toes did not work for you today. Do you have your date yet? You will be getting something soon and then onto better things. I would have been on the phone already checking to see if the IC had everything they needed. I am not very patient when it comes to waiting for insurance companies as most of them don't know or care about what they are doing!!!! After my ordeal with Aetna, I keep a close watch on them. Brenda, Yeah nothing yesterday but today is another day and we will see..... Of course I called the Ins Comp yesterday and they have nothing as of yet on the records but the guy said they could just be entering it into the system, which can take a few days.....~crossing my fingers~ Thanks for your support hun as always you are a sweetie.....
