SUCH A GOOD WEEK!!!!

Some of you may know, but I have been very busy the last coupla weeks. I have been looking for an apartment and getting paperwork together to go back to school in the fall! Well, on Wednesday, I got the apartment I wanted. It's in a great neighborhood in Brooklyn, right across from a large park/golf course and only $675 a month!!! It's only a studio, but since it's just me and Mr. Baggins, (my kitty), that's all we need! Then, on Friday, I received confirmation from TAP that they would cover $1500 of my $2100/semester tuition and PELL would cover the rest plus my books and a little extra. Finally, yesterday, I got notification that I was accepted at SUNYIT in Utica (all courses taken via internet)!!!!! This has been such a good week! Sorry this is so long, but I have NO family and really NO friends for 1500 miles...except my OH family! Later, Andi

Andi: SUNYIT is a great school, I have both my BS and MS degrees from them. What is your major? JaneS.

My major is Health Information Management! After my degree, I will be qualified to sit the Certified Coding Specialist Examination, which is the ultimate goal. I already have 64 credits (depending on final review of transfer), so I am only looking at 1.5-2 years left! Woohoo! I am taking my courses via internet, though, since I live so far away! Do you live close to Utica? I am going to have to make a trip up there in June or August for my orientation and registration! I'm hoping (Note the HOPING) to have my surgery in June, so it might have to be August! Talk to you later, Andi
