The Dreaded Bowel Prep!!

Holy Cow!! If this is not a nightmare I do not know what is!!! So my surgery is tomorrow (Monday) and I had to do my prep today. Gosh what a waste of a beautiful day!! I was stuck in the house all day, needless to say I cannot wait to join y'all on the loosing side and have all this behind me. Including the fact that I am a nervous wreck. I am hoping I will be home by wednesday. I hate hospitals so if they tell me I can go I am so going. One gal told me she went home the next day. I am not getting my hopes up for that, but the sooner the better. Also just wanted to thank everyone for their kind thoughts and for posting on my surgery page. It is so wonderful to have this support from y'all. Well I guess I will try and get some sleep (yeah right!!) Talk to ya soon Best wishes DonnaMarie

Wishing you great success with your surgery, I'm sure all will go well. I also hate hosp. but believe me...stay till they tell you. I don't know if you have a family at home, but I stayed from Mon to Thurs. and was sooo glad I did. You don't realize the things you start to do at home. Take care and here' s to a speedy recovery!!!
