CANCELLED

WELL, MY SURGERY FOR 3/17 HAS BEEN CANCELLED AS AETNA DENIED MY APPROVAL BECAUSE I DON'T MEET THEIR CRITERIA. I HAD BEEN APPROVED BY BC/BS, BUT EMPLOYER CHANGED US TO AETNA WHEN MY HUSBAND RETIRED. THANKS FOR ALL THE PRAYERS. I GUESS I DIDN'T DESERVE THE BLESSINGS OF GOD FOR THIS SURGERY. KEEPING YOU IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. BRENDA

EVERYBODY deserves God's blessings, you are NOT an exception. Can you fight this denial by your insurance company? I'm sure you're entitled to an appeal. If this is something you really want, if it's something you NEED, FIGHT, girl, FIGHT for it!!! Still praying for you- Becky Jean

Becky Jean Thanks for your prayers, even though at this point I feel they are wasted on me. Mine sure didn't help much. I am calling about an appeal tomorrow. The fight is just gone. Last year I spent the year fighting for my hubby's Social Security Disability, then his pension and now I have to fight some more. I am just tired. I will probably try to do what the new criteria is in hopes of having surgery in 3-6 months. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Brenda

Oh Brenda...I'm so sorry! You have to fight for this if you know it's the right thing for you. Please know that we're all here for you. You always give such great words of encouragement to all of us, and we'll do the same for you. I will keep you in my prayers. Jeannette: Thank you so much. I know everyone is here for me, but right now all I want to do is cry with the disappointment. Regardless of what happens, I will still keep encouraging everyone else. I just need time to work this through. I don't feel as if God is blessing me in this at all. Maybe He is telling me it is not for me. Awe, Brenda I am so sorry. You tell them you are getting a lawyer! This surgery will happen for you! Try not to get discouraged brenda. You have been one of my biggest cheerleadings in this journey! Much Love Stephanie

I am so sorry to hear this Brenda! I know you were all excited and ready to go. Keep in touch. Just mention lawyer and see what they do. Maybe that will tell them that you are serious and get the ball rolling. You have to FIGHT this one. Sara
