Our personal trainer with be at the meeting, she will be speaking about exercise and answering specific questions. Hopefully we will get an update about our Gym Class being on the channel 2 News (CBS NYC) in the near future. Fern will be telling us about the Weight Loss Courses she recently attended. Fern is now a certified lecturer of the BSCI. For those that do not know Fern she is the office manager of Dr. Cooperstone and a dear friend to many of us.
